LE PLAN DE LA TOUR is a typical, quiet, picturesque Provencal village with quaint streets not far away from the lively crowds of the French Riviera. Even in the off season Le Plan de la Tour is alive and kicking.
You will find plenty of restaurants, bakeries, small supermarkets and a butcher. The shops for daily needs are never far away .

This village is the ideal base for many attractions and activities .

Le Plan de la Tour is a stone's throw away from the French Riviera : Saint Tropez , Sainte Maxime, Cannes , Nice , Saint Paul de Vence and Monaco are worth a visit.

Sports enthusiasts, bon vivants, nature lovers and shopaholics… all of them will be pleased!
For the hikers and bikers: There is the beautiful walking and cycling routes of the Massif des Maures or, slightly further away, the magnificent Gorges du Verdon!

Horse and pony riding in unspoiled nature is a wonderful experience and only 5 minutes away from the village.

Golfers amongst you will be delighted with two great golf clubs in both Sainte-Maxime and Beauvallon.

For those who adore the sun variaty is not far away!
Think about the fashionable beaches of Saint Tropez on the Bay de Pampelonne, with its famous beach bars like Club 55, Tahiti, Moorea, Niki beach ... where you might spot some celebrities. Or what about the paradisiacal beaches in the rocky coves of L' Escalet where the water seems bluer than you could even imagine: a true snorkeling paradise .
Sainte-Maxime, with its white sand beaches, is just a 10 minutes drive away from the villa.

Shopping! Fashion lovers will be thrilled to shop at the famous designershops.
But don't forget the typical Provencal markets where you will find all those luscious local delicacies, fruits and vegetables grown under the Provencal sun.

You will also appreciate the local wines of the Var. You can visit the many wine estates and taste the wines of Côtes de Provence, Bandol, Domaine Ott and many others.

CONDITIONS



  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking in the villa is not permitted.
  • Your request for reservation is final when approved by the owner and after full payment of the advance.
  • The balance of the rent and the guarantee are to be paid 10 weeks before arrival date.
  • In case of cancellation within 10 weeks before the arrival  date the rent (minus the advance) will only be refunded if the canceled period is re-rented. Additional expenses for re-letting will be subtracted. The advance is not refunded. It is considered a compensation.
  • After we have checked for any damage the guarantee of € 1250 will be refunded within 2 weeks after the rental period.
  • Upon arrival an inventory list will be checked and signed.
  • Bed linen and towels + towels for the swimming pool are to be hired at € 30 per person / per week. (mandatory)
  • End of stay cleaning (mandatory) € 275. in case of a stay of multiple weeks a weekly cleaning on saturdays is mandatory as well as a linen and towels change at € 30 per person
  • Cleaning during stay is possible on wednesday on request in advance only : € 195. No change of linen and towels. Change of linen and towels is possible on request at € 30 per person
  • The villa is available from 17pm on arrival day and must be left at 10 am on departure day.

DIRECTIONS



On the A8 Toll Motorway take exit 36 (Le Muy, Saint-Tropez) Directly after the Toll bear right for St.-Tropez/Ste.-Maxime on to the N25.

Continue on the N25 until you arrive at Sainte-Maxime where you turn right on to the D74 signposted for "Le Plan de La Tour".
(There is a “Route Touristique”  sign for Le Plan de La Tour  a few kilometers before Sainte-Maxime on your left hand side.  It has some truly spectacular views on the Gulf de Saint Tropez but is not for the faint hearted. A nice trip during your stay at Villa L’Olivier but not recommended after a long journey).

So follow the D74 to the second roundabout at the entrance of the village. From here, take the direction of “Centre-ville”.

Drive through the village until you arrive at a T- junction: turn right onto the D44 direction LE MUY.
Follow the winding road for about + / - 1.5 km between the houses until you leave the village again .
The road climbs until you come to a short straight with a wall on your left.
At the top of this straight you will see a public refuse area, some post boxes and  a sign designating "Table de Fred". Take this sharp left. Once between the vines, follow right-left-right. You can now see a dozen of grouped together houses, the first one on your right is
"Villa L' Olivier ".
